To earn Nook Miles quickly, you need to complete activities such as fishing, catching bugs, crafting DIY recipes, etc. There are multiple tiers for each activity, and unlocking a new one will grant you even more Miles. These are the best ways to earn Miles in New Horizons:

You can earn Miles every day just by checking-in at the NookStop kiosk located inside Resident Services. The amount you get will increase depending on how many days in a row you’ve checked in.

Complete Nook Miles+ Activities

After you’ve finished paying off your moving fees for 5,000 Nook Miles and advanced from a Tent to a House, the game will unlock Nook Miles+. These are basically the same Nook Miles activities but in the form of daily challenges. Tasks are much smaller and will sometimes have multipliers, allowing you to make a lot of Miles from a single activity.
